Harriet Jones
REALTOR®, Qualifying Broker, Certified Real Estate Instructor (CREI), Credit Repair Specialist
Harriet Jones is the founder of Choice Academy Real Estate School and the Qualifying Broker of Civil Choice Realty, bringing extensive industry knowledge and a passion for education to every course she teaches. As a licensed REALTOR® and Certified Real Estate Instructor (CREI) approved by the Alabama Real Estate Commission, Harriet is committed to raising professional standards and empowering future real estate professionals to succeed.
In addition to her real estate expertise, Harriet is a skilled credit repair specialist who is dedicated to helping individuals strengthen their financial foundation. She is passionate about educating the public on financial literacy, believing that informed consumers make stronger homeowners, investors, and community members. Her instruction seamlessly integrates practical real estate knowledge with essential financial concepts that benefit both new and seasoned professionals.
With experience in residential sales, brokerage operations, and compliance with Alabama license law, Harriet’s teaching approach emphasizes clarity, engagement, and real-world application. Whether guiding students through pre-license coursework or professional development classes, she fosters an environment where learners can build confidence, competence, and lasting success.

Angelo Coleman | REALTOR®
Mathematic Professor
Angelo, a proud Alabama native, brings a distinguished blend of academic excellence and practical experience to the field of real estate education. A double major graduate of Alabama A&M University (AAMU), he holds bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Drafting, complemented by an MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems (MIS).
Since 2006, Angelo has served as an adjunct mathematics professor at Calhoun Community College, where he has earned a reputation for making complex concepts clear, accessible, and engaging. His long-standing dedication to teaching reflects a deep commitment to student success and community advancement.
Angelo’s analytical skillset, paired with his passion for education, makes him an exceptional Real Estate Mathematics Instructor. His enthusiasm, professionalism, and unwavering dedication contribute greatly to the success of his students and to the continued excellence of Capstone Realty.

Supportive Staff
Linda Sarhan
Teaching Assistant

Working closely under Harriet’s supervision, Linda assists with daily classroom operations by preparing instructional materials, setting up technology and resources, and monitoring student participation to foster a positive and engaging atmosphere. Behind the scenes, she plays an essential role in coordinating lesson logistics, preparing both physical and virtual classroom spaces, and assisting with class activities, assignments, and exams.
Linda also manages key administrative duties, including organizing communications, preparing handouts and learning materials, sending reminders, and supporting scheduling and follow-up needs. Her ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues ensures classes run smoothly with minimal interruption.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to supporting instructors and students alike, Linda is a valued member of the Choice Academy team and contributes meaningfully to its professional, student-focused learning experience.
Linda Sarhan serves as a dedicated Teaching Assistant at Choice Academy Real Estate School, where she supports lead instructor Harriet Jones and helps maintain a well-organized, student-centered learning environment. Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, Linda brings a strong academic foundation and a passion for education to her role. She holds a background in Business and Marketing from Sullivan University, a Bachelor of Arts in English and Creative Writing with a concentration in Nonfiction and a minor in Educational Psychology, as well as a Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing with a focus on online education from Southern New Hampshire University.
